DALLAS, TX - JULY 21, 2005 - World Famous DJ Vibe will spin at P. Diddy’s White Party on Labor Day Sunday at The Star Room in the Hamptons. Vibe who also DJed P.Diddy’s 4th of July Party earlier this month, has also spun for A List clients such as Sean Kinney, Jill Jacobson, Miramax Films, Phat Farm Clothing and the Island/Def Jam Music Group. Vibe’s upcoming events will include the Young Gunz II Movie Premiere Party and a Hustler Magazine Party along with a host other events in the works.

From interning in the promotions department at Island/Def Jam to releasing and selling his own mixtapes across the nation, DJ Vibe became a popular face in a world flooded with hideous tapes that duplicated their competitors. He began to release old school mix CDs to the various distributors from Canal Street and Fulton Street to Jamaica Avenue and Fordham Road. "No one had ever just made exclusively old school CDs and people kept buying mine. I carved out a niche for myself even though I knew I could never be a best seller,” said Vibe. “ It was the only way I was able to stay competitive." Nevertheless, Vibe has continued launching his career from spinning at The Star Room in the Hamptons to DJing at upcoming Polo Match in Bridgehampton sponsored by Mercedes-Benz.
