The website is consists of a full fledged discussion forum where members can discuss topics freely. OTF also features a section where members can send SMS to mobiles phones in india. This section was developed in alliance with major SMS service provider Spice SMS.

A daily comic strip section "Daily Laugh" is containing highly appreciated comic strips.

The webmaster, Arun V said "Offtopics is a new venture for indians. Right now all public interest platforms are specialized, either movies or just soap serials. So we planned a place where people get everything that they want at a single place."

More over, Offtopics has introduced the Summer OTF Contest where active members can participate and win various prizes for just posting to the discussion forum.
