July 24, 2005 (Press Release) --
Legal Mortgage Elimination Can Be Completed. With all of the new websites being established by the banks and any other agencies they can enlist to help them attempt to scare and intimidate anyone who is asking the question of How Can a Mortgage Be Legally Eliminated, any really smart person would have to first consider why all of these efforts to discourage people.
If the banks were not in panic about the ideas of mortgages being legally eliminated, why then are they spending millions of dollars per month in efforts to discourage people from even asking the question?
It is pretty evident that they are going the extra to convolute their fraud, which becoming more and more apparent.
To make a long story short, the banks have no equity [consideration by contract law] in any mortgage agreement that they have ever issued.
Furthermore, every standard form mortgage is enudated with violations. You cannot just go to court and argue the facts that your mortgage agreement has between 28 to 32 violations in it, because the prejudice of the courts will strike everyone of your contentions. [not fair due process - but this is how it works for now]
A few years ago, it was no problem to have a mortgage stricken, but with all of this panic to controvert and convolute the ongoing lending fraud, the courts and clerks have been noticed to prevent mortgage elimination from happening. You must have the proper financial and legal knowledge to understand how to force these prejudiced courts into a position, whereas, they have no choice but to rule agains the banks.
As the old saying goes: "it works if you know how to work it"
If you will take a close look at the materials that are posted on the websites, which are formulated to discourage even the thoughts of considering mortgage elimination, you will see that they contain nothing of legal substance?
