Defendants cry, yet will not defend, defendants in default, failure to discharge a duty. “Now, lets put an end to this.” Lets go into court so a decision could be had. “Stan is through playing games.” Either pay! Or go to court and prove Stan wrong.
Stan has gone to the United State Supreme Court, “Pro Se,” otherwise, going without legal representation and was placed on the docket. All other parties waived their rights, and Stan was the only one left standing. The Supreme Court of the United States, saying case must be reviewed by a court of appeals or by the highest state court, which a decision could be had. Never write something, not unless you can back it up! The general standards of “Proof,” in a civil case “The preponderance of Evidence,” yet clear and convincing, when Stan made an appearance.
