The team is one of the first groups in the country to obtain the newest Wise Certified Packaging Engineer (WCPE) title from Altiris/Wise Solutions. Additionally, the team has two of the only WCPE’s in the Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota area. The Synapse SE remote MSI development team has also banked the Altiris platform certification along with the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification making the group one of the most highly certified teams in the industry.
