After selecting Coastal Vacations travel products for marketing at their call center in February, demand for Clear Business Solutions services have been nothing short of overwhelming. The company is moving to a larger and expandable facility in Tempe Arizona to keep pace with that strong demand.
The new Web site www.passivecoastalincome.com explains the Coastal Vacations call center, including membership information and tips. Audio seminars, an interview with the call center founder, a daily call center update, and travel tips from Coastal Vacations director Dean Marino are hosted at the site.
Earlier this year America West Holdings Corporation announced that the world headquarters of the proposed merged U.S. Airways and America West Airlines would also be in Tempe, a suburb of Phoenix, Ariz. Considered a college town for years (Arizona State University is located there), it has now attracted major businesses. The proposed sixth largest U.S. airline will close a current headquarters in Arlington, Va.
Tempe was chosen for several reasons. It is just minutes from Sky Harbor International Airport and accessible by three major freeways. Arizona's first light rail system will operate 5.5 miles of its 20 miles in the city. Proximity to the nation's sixth largest airline and major companies like Chase Manhattan Bank and Wells Fargo Loan Services did not hurt. Tempe consistently enjoys the highest hotel occupancy in the state of Arizona.
Coastal Vacations Director Dean Marino was excited about the choice. He said: "The strong demand for our travel product mandated this move to a larger facility. The move to Tempe will make it even easier to attract more of the top salespeople to the call center. Top sales representatives know we pay our people well. Our prime location means we can be very selective and continue to hire people with the best people skills."
