KFR SERVICES COMMEMORATES ITS 30TH ANNIVERSARY WITH A GIFT TO THE MEDICAL OUTREACH MINISTRY CLINIC

Summerville, South Carolina -- KFR Services, a family owned and operated corporation that actively supports community initiatives announces a charitable donation of $15,000 to mark its 30th anniversary. The deserving recipient of this gift is The Medical Outreach Ministry Clinic.

The donation will provide The Medical Outreach Ministry Clinic funding for medications to treat illnesses such as diabetes, high blood pressure, arthritis and a host of other diseases. The clinic helps individuals from the local and surrounding communities by providing basic non-emergency care and other services such as medication assistance and monitoring, referral to other healthcare providers and health education. Its patients typically do not have any type of health insurance.

Medical Outreach Ministry has been in operation for 15 years and is supported by the volunteer efforts of over 23 local doctors, five nurses and six administrative volunteers. Clinic Director, Cathy Easley, said that many people today are having to choose between buying food or buying medications and too often are left with little choice but to forego purchasing medicine.

KFR employees are engaged in a number of community service projects, and Medical Outreach Ministry Clinic in particular captured the management teams attention this year. Were interested in healthcare being available to as many people as possible. The Medical Outreach Ministry Clinic is a very worthwhile cause that we would like to support and share in their mission, said Janice Kromer, Owner and Vice President of Human Resources. These types of donations permit KFR Services to continue its commitment to serving the changing needs of the community.

KFR Services, through its Tele-Tech Services subsidiary, has been providing innovative data solutions to the telecommunications industry for 30 years. The original company, founded in 1975 by Steve Kromer, was a telecommunications design and consulting firm. Later the company developed one of the first call accounting programs and offered extensive telecommunications tariffs as well as databases of local, long distance, and international call charges. Through the years, Tele-Tech Services has kept pace with a continuously changing telecommunications industry and introduced products to support wireless, as well as traditional landline telecom billing. Our clients use our databases to rate billions of telephone calls each month.

KFR Services congratulates The Medical Outreach Ministry Clinic for its dedicated community service and filling a widening gap for folks needing basic healthcare. Others wishing to learn more about or donate to The Medical Outreach Ministry Clinic can contact Ms. Cathy Easly at 843-817-4290, located at 316 West Carolina Avenue, Summerville, SC, 29483.
