EBCDIC Data Conversion for DLA Procurement Data

Data files include Active Purchase Request Files (APRF), Contract History Files (CHF), Active Contract Files (ACF) and Contracting Technical Data Files (CTDF). Conversion solutions are available for Standard Automated Materiel Management System (SAMMS) files which are created in EBCDIC format and must be converted to ASCII before they can be read by most programs.
