When switching to Verizon Wireless almost One year ago and during my first 15 days of trial I was really impressed by the services, but one the 16th day of service when you’re forced to keep your contact with Verizon or face $175.00
early termination fee everything changed. Every time when calling customer service they were Rude, ignorant and really did not care and wouldn’t give you the time of day. I am not the only person to ever experience “Problems,” according to VerizonWirelessEatspoop.com, an ANTI Verizon website claims they have thousands upon thousands of complaints about Verizon Wireless. A few weeks ago I contacted the executive offices of Verizon and spoke with MR Scharnikow. When speaking with him he was Very Rude and didn’t really want to assist me with legit problems and complaints. He rather you inform other people about your complaints so they don’t switch to verizon. Mr. Scharnikow is one of those many people who are only for the “Wealthy” and really doesn’t care if people are overcharged for services they never received. When speaking with the executive official I
asked him if I could settle my dispute with him and make a lump sum payment but he refused and said “Once the account is charged off and sent to a collection agency then we can assist you, otherwise we don’t really care.”
He also said that even if you make a settlement it will still reflect on your credit bureau report even if it’s a charge off in the
amount of $1.00.
I also sent several letters to Verizon about accounts they don’t actually have Proof it belongs to me but they have refused to
respond and continue to harass Me by phone on a continual basis.
Everyone is encouraged to shop around before they sign up for services with Verizon Wireless. I also encourage everyone to logon to VerizonWirelessEatspoop.com, check with the Better Business Bureau to See complaint history and make sure you’re not the next person to be ripped off.
