Darla Branch a children's writer from Houston, Texas was chosen as a finalist in the ABC Children's Picture Book Competition. The book competition begins on August 28, 2005 and ends on September 10, 2005. On-line voting will determine the winner.
Ms. Branch along with illustrator Donna Farrell have created a world where a small girl with a sweet tooth makes a wish for a place where everything she sees is sweet and edible. She magically gets her wish but she soon regrets it. This story will delight the senses of all children who love candy, magic, and sweets.
