My Darlin Neurons:
Presently, we are working on Many things (possibly a New podcast among Other Things) that will Hopefully Benefit all of us and Change what RadioMike does in a Very Slight way. Progress Is a Great thing. So be Patient. Hell, even We are Anxious for this!
Lots has happened in the world of RadioMike. We’ve Been Under the weather Slightly so There hasn’t Been a lot of Picture taking Activity. There has been a Bit of Movie watching However (We Saw the Original Nutty Professor on Saturday night.) Hopefully, that will Change tonight As we go to Our Favorite Indie Club to Check out a Few Bands, Including the Emo’s Debut of the Total Foxes. Coolness will Ensue.
In the Meantime, there has been a Lot of Talk of the Events of Katrina during the Last Week. People have Even hurled a Few Ill-Meaning words at RadioMike on MySpace.com. Just remember that RadioMike worked for the Largest “aid” Organizations in New York for 3 Years so He’s seen what this is Like from the Opposite Side. Give your Monies that You can, but Give them Wisely, and do some Research before you Regret it Later and Realize that the money you have given will not Be Helping Those that Really need it. Here are a few Local Southern Organizations that Will help Families in the Local Region: http://www.sparkplugfoundation.org/katrinarelief.html as well as This one with a bit more Information for those in Need: http://neworleans.indymedia.org/ . But here is some Federal Information that will Probably prove useful in the coming Months: http://coastal.er.usgs.gov/hurricanes/katrina/ . We’ll See what the Feds define as the Affected area and what the Major aid agencies do with that Information. Indeed. Think Before you Act.
