N.Vaidyanathan joined the Thinksoft in September 2005 as Chief Financial Officer. A Chartered Accountant and Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, NV has more than 28 years of professional experience. His track record is based on solid experience with multinational organizations like GEC Alsthom, Castrol Ltd. Guest Keen Williams (GKW) , Binnys and the Nagarjuna Group. Prior to Joining Thinksoft Global Services NV had a long stint with Polaris Softwae Lab Ltd where he served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Finance Officer.
Ravi K joined the Thinksoft in February 2005 as Head- Human resources. Ravi brings with him 22 years of Human Resources experience covering all aspects of HR gained in well known Indian /MNCs like ITC,Reckitt Benckiser,PSEG etc., Prior to joining Thinksoft, he was with the New Jersey based Fortune 200 power major PSEG in charge of India/Middle East/Europe.
