SHAWNEE, KANSAS — Perceptive Software, Inc., today announced that Montana Municipal Insurance Authority (MMIA) selected ImageNow® integrated document management, document imaging and workflow solutions to make claims processes more efficient.
MMIA offers workers' compensation, liability and property coverage, risk management, employee benefits and insurance administration services to communities across Montana. An expanding customer base led to an overflow of paperwork, which inhibited productivity and delayed customer service.
