The recently released report rated systems on two scales: overall satisfaction and cost vs. value. Serengeti Tracker received the top ratings on both of the scales, for both matter management and electronic billing.
Serengeti Tracker was not only the highest-rated matter management and electronic billing system-100% of the users stated that they would recommend Tracker to their peers at other law departments.
