Based on the smash hit 1970’s movie starring the legendary John Travolta – Saturday Night Fever is now an action packed stage show which has been entertaining crowds at London’s famous Apollo Victoria Theatre. Directed by Arlene Phillips, perhaps the biggest attraction to the show is the excellent musical score put together by the Bee Gees. Set in New York, Saturday Night Fever tells the story of a young man from Brooklyn called Tony Manero who works a monotonous job by day before turning into a disco dancing machine by night. However, Tony eventually falls in love with the beautiful Stephanie and realises there are more important things in life than his weekly chance to strut his stuff at the disco.
