Royal Atlantis Group announced a corporate update.
Real Estate Division:
Royal Atlantis has secured one residential development project starting September 30, 2005. Currently, there are three pending contracts which depend on Royal Atlantis ability to source prospective properties. Royal Atlantis has entered into negotiations on three properties which are all prospects to secure these contracts. Royal Atlantis expects to secure two additional residential development contracts within the next 7 business days.
Acquisitions:
Royal Atlantis intends to acquire an online travel agency by December 31, 2005. Following September 16, 2005 news release, Royal has secured three potential acquisition candidates and intends to present a purchase offer by October 31, 2005 . Additionally, Royal Atlantis has sourced other potential acquisition targets in various industries. All acquisitions depend on Royal's ability to source required financing.
Consulting Division:
Royal Atlantis is currently discussing potential consulting contracts with an International investment and brokerage firm. Pending negotiations, Royal expects to secure a contract to provide acquisition sourcing, project development, real estate development, investment counseling and related services in 2006.
