Ms. Alcaraz brings TREC Global extensive experience in managing offshore call center operations and developing training programs. She has held positions such as Director of Operations and Training Director with some of the largest call center companies in the Philippines and has managed programs for U.S. companies like Sprint, United Airlines, Trendwest and American Financial Services, Co. We intend to leverage Ms. Alcaraz’s operations and training experience by having her focus on taking new customers through our training, “go live” and initial monitoring phases says Tom Reilly, Vice President of operations. Reilly also went on to say that the addition of Ms. Alcaraz was in response to TREC Global’s rapid growth in providing customer services solutions to U.S. based companies.
