September 26, 2005 (Press Release) --
Stimulus Respond, the e-zine for urban anthropologists, is releasing its eighth issue today, 26 September 2005.
The theme of the issue is "Play."
How do we enjoy ourselves? What is the natural instict for playtime? Are there new and exciting ways to entertain ourselves? Where's the party? Music, film, clubs, sports, recreation... With special guest stars The Far Cries, Divina Icon, The Education and The Aviators, as well as Miss Pixi and Vic Voltaire, come join us in our stylish and glamorous deconstruction of play.
Every two months, Stimulus presents a combination of literature, photography, poetry and music in order to construct a monograph that explores the foundations of a world that we grow up to take for granted.
Like you we adore beauty in it's simplest form. You do not want your style to be dictated to you by over-priced would-be fashion bibles promoting clothes you will not wear and companies based in places you will not visit. The things your friends are doing are more important than celebrities you will never meet. Stimulus is brought to you by people who write from the heart, about subjects that they are passionate about. It is a personal and cutting-edge guide to the modern, urban, world.
