PML Holdings Group, LLC, PML Resources, Inc.,Preferred Missouri Leasing, Inc., have met and the stockholders have voted unanimously to merge into PML Worldwide, Inc.

PML Worldwide, Inc., the new national leasing company that has been in the planning for several years, has formally begun its journey into becoming a national PEO.
Currently licensed in four states (Michigan, Illinois, Missouri and Tennessee), PML Worldwide has begun its marketing/sales campaign nationally and has added new clients in those four states.
PML Worldwide, Inc. is in the process of registering and licensing in several other states in the east, south and Midwest and will eventually license in the southwest and western states.
As part of the long term planning for national expansion as a major PEO, PML Worldwide will become the flagship of the companies owned by James Shelton, CEO and General Manager. PML Holdings Group, LLC, the Michigan PEO, PML Resources, Inc., the Illinois PEO and Preferred Missouri Leasing, Inc., the Missouri PEO, have met and the stockholders have voted unanimously to merge into PML Worldwide, Inc.
A unique program was developed by PML for handling the processing and reporting of worker’s comp new business, claims and loss run reporting, wage reporting, billing and invoicing, and issuing of worker’s comp certificates online 24/7.
Programming, exclusive to PML and its affiliates is also nearing completion for online access to a comprehensive client/broker lead system, client quoting system to handle all states and a client/employee website designed exclusively for PML and its affiliates nationwide.
A comprehensive benefits package is currently available nationally, lead by Blue Cross-Blue Shield’s PPO, with several other benefits available in a “Cafeteria” style benefits package for employees.
A major payroll software system is now installed and is also hosted off-site and available for use using internet access through the major internet browsers.
