October 6, 2005 (Press Release) -- FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

Moncton, NB - As a result of the recent Legionnaires’ disease outbreak in an Ontario nursing home, ProCare Water Treatment has moved up their official North American launch date of the new AquaLyse® industrial copper silver ionisation systems from November 30th to October 7th 2005.

Specifically engineered for healthcare facilities, nursing homes and hotels, this next generation chemical free industrial water treatment technology controls and kills Legionella bacteria. By introducing controlled safe amounts of electrically generated copper and silver ions into water distribution systems, the process stops and kills the bacteria in all of the water distribution network.

Ideal for cooling towers and domestic hot water, this unique Canadian technology is now the most advanced automated version of its’ kind in the world with standard remote monitoring software using the Internet.

“We combined our technology with infectious control prevention protocols specific to Legionella bacteria” said Mr. Chris Gauthier, CEO and Chief Microbiologist for the corporation. “The core monitoring and implementation protocols of our industrial water treatment technology makes it unique and yields excellent results to control and kill this preventable disease.”

ProCare Water Treatment Inc. is the only Canadian manufacturing company of industrial grade copper silver ionisation technology. The corporation has distribution networks in the United States, Europe and Thailand.
