Investment Advisory Cabot Heritage Corporation Announces its 35th Year in Business
Salem, MA, October 17, 2005 - The Cabot Heritage Corporation, independent publisher of four investment advisory newsletters, has announced its 35th year in business.
Founded in October 1970 by recently retired Carlton G. Lutts, Cabot Heritage Corporation today is owned and operated by his son, Timothy W. Lutts.
"We're proud that we've been able to serve tens of thousands of individual investors over the past 35 years," said Lutts, editor and publisher.
The Cabot Market Letter, the firm's flagship newsletter, was the first of Cabot's products. Today, four individual newsletters are offered - the Cabot Market Letter, the Cabot Benjamin Graham Value Letter, the Cabot Top 10 Report and the Cabot China Investment Report.
"Over time the market has evolved tremendously, and so have we; everything we used to do with pencil and paper is done on computers", said Lutts.
When asked what has been the secret to Cabot's success, Lutts responded that keeping customer service a priority is what sets Cabot apart from the competition.
"We're pleased to be one of the few independent investment advisors that still accepts phone calls and answers e-mails from individual subscribers," said Lutts.
Lutts added, "While some advisors measure their success by how much money they make, we measure our success by how much money our subscribers make, and how regularly they renew their subscriptions. I think our focus on the customer has been a key ingredient in the firm's longevity in this competitive market, and I intend to keep on focusing on the customer in the decades ahead."
