October 20, 2005 (Press Release) --
Public Speaking Toolbox (http://www.publicspeakingtoolbox.com/) is a comprehensive database of online public speaking resources. Here you can browse through a growing collection of web-based resources on presentation, speechwriting, and other public speaking essentials.
The database is divided into two parts: an article archive and a site directory. The archive (http://www.publicspeakingtoolbox.com/articles/) features techniques, exercises, and other public speaking-related news. The directory (http://www.publicspeakingtoolbox.com/publicspeaking/) is arranged alphabetically by category from Advanced Public Speaking to Wedding Speeches and allows users to suggest new categories for more targeted indexing.
There is also a Public Speaking Toolbox blogspot hosted by blogger.com for open discussion on public speaking and online public speaking resources (http://publicspeakingtoolbox.blogspot.com/). Sample postings include “Ten Steps to Fearless Public Speaking.”
Users are invited to subscribe to the Public Speaking Toolbox newsletter to keep updated on what the site has to offer for public speaking enthusiasts. Potential advertisers are also invited to contribute to the database by adding content to the archive and URLs to the directory in exchange for a return link to the site.
