October 29, 2005 (Press Release) --
Miami, FL – We Want Wireless, Ltd. (“WWW”) announced today the launch of Graffiti Prepaid (accessible at http://www.graffitiprepaid.com ), a new division of the company and an eCommerce site exclusively for sales of the forthcoming Graffiti Wireless prepaid cellular phone service. Using major GSM cellular networks as it’s backbone, Graffiti Wireless will provide some of the lowest domestic pre-paid wireless rates and the most unique feature of local calling to 53 international countries.
GraffitiPrepaid.com is the first site available to accept pre-orders for the new unique prepaid wireless program.
Highlights of the prepaid program include:
· Rate as low as 14.9¢ per minute
· Local calling to 53 international countries
· No monthly or daily service fee
· Phones starting at $69.99
The New York Times reported today that Clint Wheelock, Vice President for wireless research at the NPD Group said, "It's about getting the operator more closely aligned with the needs of customers." With an ever increasing “global society,” there is no doubt that local international calling addresses the needs of many customers. WWW is bringing the Graffiti Wireless prepaid program to the marketplace due to the increasing demand for prepaid service and market-specific target areas which will be able to promote the international calling as a local call as a primary sales strategy.
“Our company attempts to address the needs of the niche market,” says William Tejada, President and CEO of We Want Wireless, Ltd. “People use their cellular phones for convenience. What could be more convenient than making international calls to your family and friends without additional expense on your existing handset?
“One of the largest growing sectors of cell phone users are the 18 and under demographic,” Tejada says, adding: “These customers cannot sign contracts, so prepaid speaks directly to their needs.” This segment also demands more trendy cellular handsets, which Graffiti Wireless addresses in their low-cost phone offerings.
The new service will include all the features that today’s wireless consumers have come to expect, such as Voice Mail, Caller ID, Call Waiting, Three-Way Calling and Text Messaging. The program also offers international calling to 53 countries around the world as a local call, without additional long-distance charges. A full listing of included countries are available at the Graffiti Prepaid website at http://www.graffitiprepaid.com.
