Governor Rick Perry Declares November to be the Texas Lung Cancer Awareness Month

October 31, 2005 (Press Release) -- We are one of the largest online Lung Cancer Support Communities ( http://lchelp.org ) located in the Dallas Fort Worth Area and today our President Katherine Brown has just received a declaration from Governor Rick Perry declaring that November is National Lung Cancer Awareness in the State of Texas. The LCSC - Lung Cancer Support Community is completely non-profit organization created by Rickey and Katherine Brown 3+ years ago when Katherine's Father was diagnosed with Lung Cancer. In the beginning the site was completely funded and manned by Rickey and Katherine Brown, however since then we have obtained our 501c-3 non profit status and have spread the knowledge through out the World. We are supported in our Ask the Experts section by the Mary Crowley Medical Research Center in Dallas. They provide real answers for people in Need. The premise of the organization is people supporting people. Treatment advice and historical advice is discussed amongst our 2500+ member base and many individuals are alive because of this today.
