MR Scharnikow from the executive relations department at Verizon Wireless even came out and said that even they are in the business of assisting "WEALTHY PEOPLE" and that if an account is charges off it will reflect on that Persons credit report even if the amount is $1.00, and they wont even discuss payment arrangements because that is not their reasonability
Elizabeth Sturgis another representative with the executive relations department is just as rude as all of the other associates. Mrs. Sturgis has even threatened to press harassment charges against one Jacksonville, FL resident because he has Contacted VERIZON FOR A LEGIT COMPLAINT. “If you contact us one more time we will press harassment charges against you” she said.
