Amertron, a growing electronics manufacturer, announced today that it has been awarded the Small Business Administration’s Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) certification.

West Melbourne, FL, November 15, 2005: “This is an accomplishment is a corner stone to our growth strategy for the contract manufacturing division,” stated James Harhi President of Amertron. Amertron is a well known cable and enclosure manufacturer for the defense field with over 30 years experience in the industry. Amertron employees over forty five employees and is projecting with SDB certification that number will increase at least 50% in the next year. Amertron is also working with government subcontractors to enter the Department of Defense Mentor-Protégé in 2006.
