What is the Real Agenda of the Democrat's Judicial Appointments?
Might the Democrats hidden purpose be to destroy the constitution?
Remember Alabama’s Chief Justice Roy Moore suspension from his judicial seat. The suspension was unconstitutional.
Despite claims that U.S. District Judge Myron Thompson’s ruling must be obeyed because of the rule of law. We’re not required to obey any federal judge’s order if it is contrary to the Constitution.
The Ten Commandments ruling is illegal because the First Amendment establishment clause excludes the federal government from jurisdiction in matters of religion, leaving it in the states jurisdiction.
Consequently the judge’s usurpation of states rights is a crime. And Judge Thompson should be recalled for the criminal act of usurpation of the state rights if we are to obey the Constitution.
But might it be that the real purpose of Democrat federal judges such as Thompson is not just usurpation of state rights, but to usurp the Creator of the Declaration of Independence?
If they succeed in outlawing the God of the Declaration of Independence then our unalienable rights are ...
