teachers signed up. All have signed up through a promotional strategy that offered the first year free. Teachers
simply needed to fill out some online forms to get their website set up and customized for all their

classes. They don't need to know HTML. Since its initial deployment, several enhancements were deployed with the main focus on
expanding on the ease of use and quick access of data.

decisions about its future growth and promotional strategies.

The first decision is that it will keep in place the initial promotion for having the first
year signup being free - indefinately. Originally this was intended to be a temperary promotion. Although

this is a rather generous initial offer, the response to this promotional strategy has been
wonderful. The purpose is to keep the same rate of sign-ups. Those who want to keep the service after the first
year only have to pay $19.99 per year - a price below much of the competition.

The second decision is that http://www.SchoolAndTeacher.com will not expand into school websites.
Since its beginning 6 months ago it had originally considered expanding into having school websites as a
complement to their teacher websites. Due to the low percieved demand for such a service, it has

decided to focus on just teacher websites. Any expansion into such a field (if at all) by the website owner,
will be done using another domain name to avoid any potential confusion in goals. For now, the staff will focus
on enhancing the services for teachers and providing easy integration features for school websites.
