Did you ever realize that Sprint and NEXTEL merge and since this merger Sprint together with Nextel is one of the worst providers in the world. I
Had sprint two years ago and left them because of the poor reception quality and because of the unfriendly staff at Sprint. Unfortunately once Sprint merged with NEXTEL I now have to deal with the rudeness and staff once again at SPRINT. It seems as ever time I call into SPRINT I hear a different story – one person says “we have credited you next month for a free month of service” but you call in a short time later and hear something totally different. I have been complaining that I have had 403 NO Dialed/All System busy calls in a 90 day period. According to Sprint associates they can’t guarantee you will ever have service”. I have also gone thru 10 phones, have had hundreds of calls that mysteriously drop (when people right next to me with another provider has no problem), have had people tell me when they call they only hear “ALL CIRCUITS BUSY – PLEASE TRY YOUR CALL AGAIN LATER.” I also have experienced so much static and every time I call into report this problem there like yeah so what, live with it. It has gotten to a point where something needs to be done about sprint. I do not think anyone should be obligated to pay any termination fees as Sprint says they will access if I you terminate an agreement that you signed with them.
I also would like to mention the fact that I had so many problems the associates on the phone. I once asked to replace my phone and the technical support associate said ”we will give you a credit you can go purchase a phone and then you pay whatever the phone price is (And would get the rebate).” That was easier said – what wound up happening is I had to literally speak with 10 people in order to get an adjustment. I think this totally sucks, how come nothing is being done to stop this company from providing bad service?

Sprint Associates will say one thing and turn around and do something totally different. Its time we fight back and tell the world truly about how bad SPRINT/NEXTEL IS.
