For_Immediate_Release:

December 7, 2005 (Press Release) -- In a win described by Deloitte as an “outstanding achievement” and a mark of “a high level of competence, market understanding and vision”, CommtechWireless is among the fastest growing technology companies in Australia for the fourth year running.

Placing with major players including MYOB Australia, CommtechWireless appeared 34th on the list this year, a move of a massive 11 places since the first win in 2002. To add to the prestige of the award, Commtech were one of only four WA companies to find a place in the 50.

The Deloitte Fast 50 Awards, conducted by the Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu organization, are in their fifth year of ranking the fastest growing Australian technology companies based on percentage revenue growth. The awards run in conjunction with programs in countries around the world from the United States to China.

Attributing the company’s success to the hard work and dedication of its growing staff base, CommtechWireless CEO Nathan Buzza was pleased with the results and confident the company’s progress would continue.

“The addition of new staff has meant higher expenditure on a day to day basis, but the influx of talent has provided further opportunities for growth that never existed before.” Mr. Buzza said. “The team does a fantastic job, and our continued growth is a reflection of that.”

Eagerly anticipating the announcement of the Asia Pacific Fast 500, Mr. Buzza was hopeful of a place on the list and full of praise for other companies on the Fast 50.

“It is certainly an achievement, to be placed among the fastest growing companies in the entire country. We were in very elite company this year. It was a real honour. I can’t wait for the Fast 500,” Mr Buzza beamed.
