B.K Security services has been certified to the Irish Standard, I.S.999:2004, Guarding Security servcices for manned guarding activities.

Certification was granted by the National Standards Authority of Ireland, N.S.A.I, after an in-depth assessment of the companys activities, including Employment Screen, Training, Compliance with legislation also tax compliance and insurance and command and control activities.
BK Security services is the first security company in the Tralee area to achieve the certification, which is a key requirement for licensing by the Private security Authority- Licencing commences on 3rd October 2005, after 1st April 2006, it will be an offence to provide a security service without a licence. It will also be an offence to contract an unlicenced contractor after that date.
