Bellevue, WA - December 15, 2005 – Effective immediately, Pharmacy OneSource, Inc. has changed their formulary application product name (previously Formulary OneSource) to Amplifi(TM), officials for the company have announced.
Amplifi is a flexible, robust formulary management and pharmacy communications application with integrated drug information. It provides pharmacists with the most versatile, easy-to-use tool to manage, update, and communicate formularies in print, on the web, and on handhelds.
The name has been changed to give greater recognition to the communication features and benefits of Amplifi, and to make the naming of applications Pharmacy OneSource offers, including Quantifi and Simplifi 797, more consistent.
“Our formulary management product effectively and swiftly communicates vital patient safety information, plus policies and procedures, throughout the entire organization. Simply put, it amplifies the voice and impact of pharmacy,” said Keith Streckenbach, Executive Vice President of Pharmacy OneSource. “We think the name Amplifi better expresses these important benefits of this product.”
