PodTV Co., Ltd. succeeds all of the PodTV related business from Media Engine Inc. and continues to carry the broadcasting business for iPod users and to aim to broadcast for maximum of 100 channels with the management style based on the advertisement income model so that all the subscriptions are all for free.
Currently available or planned broadcasting program are: an informational program “Asa-Tore on PodTV” from every Monday through Friday, “PodTV Press Conference Channel” broadcasting press conference of multiple types in almost “no-cut” full scene, and at last, “PodTV Drama Channel” a serial drama channel.
Media Engine Inc. remains for producing TV programs and temporary personnel service.
As PodTV going public, PodTV Co., Ltd. plans to hire more staff and enrich the contents of an informational program “Asa-Tore on PodTV”. Also weather forecasting service will be available through the channel. Towards the year-end, TV Station will further increase the advertising slots to attract more subscribers. PodTV Co., Ltd. will raise the investments to broadcast 100 channels, and our goal is to be a leading company of worldwide mobile TV contents industry.
