West End Publishing Assumes Distribution of Gary Benfield Artwork in North America

(Free-Press-Release.com) December 21, 2005 -- West End Publishing, LLC today announced the end of an existing agreement under which Bruno Publishing distributed original limited edition prints of West End Publishing artist Gary Benfield throughout North America, effective November 19, 2005. West End Publishing is expected to make preparations to distribute its own artwork in North America and worldwide in the coming months.

The decision to end the agreement comes in the wake of organizational changes within West End Publishing, which highlights the development of an e-distribution network and includes the proprietary Partner Gallery initiative.

West End Publishing and Bruno Publishing have enjoyed a successful partnership. The two companies will work closely to effect an orderly transition and exit from the partnership. This transition will include plans for ensuring the confidentiality of each company's proprietary data and business practices.
