Commuter-Assist.com provides commuters with the solutions they need to turn the commute from something that has to be done, into something that they look forward to. Dr. Marie Mastria, the founder of Commuter-Assist.com, saw a need to provide commuters with techniques and teachings to help them make better use of the commute time and to achieve a happier, healthier lifestyle.
Commuter-Assist.com provides commuters with information, links and articles specific to the commuting experience. Dr. Mastria has also created a Five Part E-Course series titled ‘Five Steps to a Better Commute’, which is available at http://www.Commuter-Assist.com. In the E-Course she covers topics such as:
• How the Commute Changes You and How You Change Yourself Back
• What Will I Do About What Drains Me?
• If My Muscles are Relaxed, My Mind Is Relaxed
• How to Use Your Commute Time
• Change Keeps Happening
Dr. Mastria is also working on a new electronic book, set to release early in the new year. Through the website, E-Course, E-Book, and articles Dr. Mastria hopes to offer tools to commuters including relaxation methods and skills development.
Monthly teleclasses will begin in the New Year on various issues of importance to commuters. Visitors to the website will also be able to sign up for a free newsletter full of great tips for a great commute.

Marie A. Mastria, PHD, CLC had been practicing clinical psychology for over ten years when she discovered the then budding field of life coaching. She studied for certification and began consulting and coaching in the specialties of executive, life and wellness coaching.
