(January 11, 2006) Mr Test Equipment has launched its successful Free Repair Evaluation Program for electronic test equipment in Europe (United Kingdom, France, Germany, Denmark, Norway, Belgium, Sweden, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Austria and Finland).
In cases of test equipment breakdown and/or malfunction, instead of buying new equipment from the manufacturer, or overpaying the manufacturer to repair broken equipment, our clients are realizing significant savings by having their existing equipment repaired by Mr Test Equipment.
Mr Test Equipment repairs current technology, obsolete, end, or out of support and/or legacy equipment.
The Mr Test Equipment Repair Program is a natural extension the existing sales programs of used and refurbished electronic test equipment.
In general, the Mr Test Equipment Free Repair Evaluation Program includes the following:
1. Free evaluation of the broken, obsolete, malfunctioning, out of specification and/or out of calibration electronic test equipment.
2. Official Quotation. Once the repair evaluation is complete, Mr Test Equipment will email you with our findings, including an official quotation for the cost for repair.
3. Price guarantee. Mr Test Equipment includes a price guarantee on our repair quotation. What is quoted is what you will pay. There are no surprises.
4. No obligation. Our clients are never under obligation to proceed with the repair. If for whatever reason, the repair quote is rejected, the equipment is returned. No fee is ever charged for the evaluation. Clients do remain responsible for return shipments.
5. All service work is guaranteed. All work completed comes with a comprehensive parts and labour warranty.
