TEAM is working on the implementation of Quality Management System according to ISO 9001 standard and Information Security Management System according to ISO 17799. By the end of 2006 the company will pass audits and receive certificates of conformity to the international standards. Implementation and certification consist of certain stages, require high qualification and good organization. The certifications will prove the worldwide compatibility and high quality of TEAM processes and products. ISO standards are becoming a critical component of business success of any company and certainly the certificates will enhance TEAM’s competitive advantages. The next step of this TEAM quality improvement process will be the implementation of Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI).
