OnX Enterprise Solutions Inc. a leading provider of IT services and mid-market outsourcing solutions, has today announced the resignation of OnX Board member, Donald Woodley.

January 19, 2006 (Press Release) -- TORONTO, ONTARIO - OnX Enterprise Solutions Inc. (TSX:ON - News),"OnX", a leading provider of IT services and mid-market outsourcing solutions, has today announced the resignation of OnX Board member, Donald Woodley. Mr. Woodley resigned in view of other commitments and in particular his having recently assumed the role of interim CEO of Gennum Corporation.
"We regret Mr. Woodley's departure and very much appreciate the contributions he made to the Board during his tenure with OnX", stated Sheldon Pollack, the CEO of OnX Enterprise Solutions Inc. "OnX is now in the process of recruiting a new Board member to replace Mr. Woodley."
