January 23, 2006 (Press Release) --
"Your thoughts affect your body every minute of every day. What exactly are you thinking when it comes to your aches and pains?" asks Jan Tincher, Red Hat Lady of the Foxy Ladies. She is also a certified Holistic Healer and Master Neuro-Linguistic Programmer.
Some people say this (or something similar): "So-and-so gives me a pain in the rear!" The person who is saying this is in her 50's or 60's and she's been saying it most of her adult life about one person or another. That person -- now listen carefully -- that person now has a bad back -- to be more specific, she has pain in the rear. Now, that's a lady who has aches and pains!
How did that happen? Did she think her brain -- her brain that attracts things into her life according to her thoughts -- wasn't listening each and every time she had that thought?
Put two and two together. She's been telling her brain for twenty or thirty years that a certain person gives her a pain in the rear. If someone told her that her brain listened to everything she said, she wasn't paying attention.
She obviously wasn't a Red Hat Lady, I say with a grin. Red Hat Ladies are progressive thinkers. Progressive thinkers who know the consequences of thinking bad thoughts combined with growing older. Yikes! You don't want that. And, by the way, did you notice I said "growing older", not "growing old"?
Have you noticed how the Red Hat Ladies have fun? They may have aches and pains, but they're not letting them get them down. What are you telling your brain daily? What is it bringing into your life - daily?

Well, they do, but they have a different attitude toward it. What's the different attitude, you ask?
