It has been said that the way to a man's heart is through his stomach. If you're looking for a recipe for something yummy to impress that special someone this Valentine's Day or any day for that matter, there's a new source of information out there.
A new website, luvtocookonline.com, was launched recently by a company called Lucky Dog Marketing, Inc. On this site you will find articles about the latest techniques in cooking. Links to all sorts of things like recipes, places to buy cookbooks and kitchen equipment. Here is a recipe from a website called ultimatecooking.com., which can be found through a link on luvtocookonline.com. Sounds pretty good, doesn’t it?
Almost Instant Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients:
6 ounces semisweet chocolate chips, or top-quality bar of bittersweet chocolate, broken into small pieces
2/3-cup heavy cream, hot, but not boiling
2 tablespoons butter, cut into small pieces
2 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons Grand Marnier (optional)

Step 1
Put the chocolate pieces in a food processor and add the hot cream and butter. Process for 30 seconds until the chocolate has melted. Add the eggs, vanilla and Grand Marnier, if using. Transfer to individual serving containers and chill for 4 hours before serving.
Serving Suggestion
Serve topped with grated chocolate, whipped cream, and/or raspberries.
