For_Immediate_Release:

February 9, 2006 (Press Release) -- Las Vegas, Nevada, February 2006 – Las Vegas based, Priority Networks, Inc. (PNI) understands that when you seek out qualified staff, diversity is a natural evolution. Native American Indian and Korean executives lead the team of proficient and service orientated PNI staff of all ages. PNI’s philosophy that “Quality begets Diversity” is a company practice that the Southern Nevada Human Resource Association acknowledged Tuesday February 7, 2006 at an awards ceremony. PNI took the Diversity Recognition Award in the Small Business category (1-249 employees).

Communication and connectivity isn’t just what this company does; it’s who this company is. From internal job postings to bi-monthly employee dinners held at various local restaurants diversity is encouraged and cultivated. Nearly 40% of the staff is a mix of Asian, Hispanic and Black reinforcing, Roger Bishop, the Director of Human Resources mantra that “when you seek qualified individuals for the position diversity is a natural progression.”

Dan Poirier, President of PNI, stated his surprise that an award should be given to his company for making the right business decisions where competitive and qualified staff is concerned.
