In addition, the hotel has also established an in-house Motivational Training Program with a collection of team building activities designed to enhance co-operation and problem solving skills. The program is classified into two categories, the Bali Olympics and the Sanur Challenge, each featuring an a la carte menu of team activities and games. The primary aim of this training program is to provide valuable knowledge that can be applied within the workplace to improve efficiency and productivity.
