Quality Assurance Engineer - USA

March 6, 2006 (Press Release) -- Our reputed Client is looking for Quality Assurance Engineer
who will design and build technology solutions, analyze systems and requirements to create test cases, design and implement test tools and test harnesses used to perform verification tests, regression tests, and end-to-end smoke tests.

Qualification:

5+ years experience creating test cases and test conditions
2+ years of hands-on test automation development experience.
3+ years experience with Perl, C++, Java or SQL within a UNIX environment
Extensive experience in software testing methodologies and best practices.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze existing and new system functionality and create test plans and test cases
- Distribute and confirm test plans with cross-functional teams
- Use existing test frameworks and create new frameworks to automate test cases, Stress test the availability of the systems and continuously question the implementation
Publish both the test results and status so that everyone can see the progress
- Report issues and status to cross-functional teams
