NEW YORK, NY -- It's rare to find a artist with the talent surronding him. G - Rod is young, hungry and ready to bring on the movement, The anticipated new album, "Tha Movement," is set to be released by Paperchase/Sony Red Distribution this spring and is certain to drive underground hip hop heads to the stores. The first single, "Handz Up" features Kool,Reign and DJ Dave O.
G - Rod is better known from is New York Based Televison Reality Show with features from platinum artist such as Chris Brown,YoungBloodz,Dem Franchise Boyz,Etc.. G - Rod soon began recording mixtapes & dvd's which have been lauded by hip-hop fans
G - Rod says, "We're bringing real underground hip hop back. We've got songs that everybody can relate to which is anybody. It ain't about all that violence on record, anybody can make a record about shooting people but when it comes to makin concept songs they are hard to come by .
G - Rod adds, "The title of my album called "Tha Movement" is about the transition of me bringing the next wave of artist since this will be my first and last album. This album is a real street album for the streets.
