EW YORK, NY -- March 16, 2006 -- On March 22nd, New York City's young, hip & affluent independent film & media professionals will join Lazy Limabean Film Magazine at their monthly celebration of filmmaking in NYC.
SCENE, an invitation-only afterwork event, is a afterwork cocktail event that helps to spark dialogue & collaboration amongst the film & media industry. This event also helps sets the stage for their bigger summer event, "Made You Look", a film industry party & filmmaker showcase featuring live music and films from the best emerging New York filmmakers.
"We were excited to host our first events of 2006 and after the rave reviews we got even more excited," says Daron Jenkins, CEO/Publisher of Lazy Limabean Film Magazine. "Nothing is better than bringing together all these wonderfully gifted visionaries for a night a music and cocktails!"
