Tampa Bay Recycling, LLC to purchase Ace Recyclers

August 15, 2005, St. Petersburg, Florida....Tampa Bay Recycling, LLC (a wholly owned subsidiary of Sustainable Development Holdings Group, Inc., (dba: SDH Group)), would like to announce the purchase of Ace Recyclers of St Petersburg, Florida. With recycling experience spanning over two decades, Ace Recyclers brings a solid base of customers and experience to this deal. Ace Recyclers, now a division of Tampa Bay Recycling, LLC, will begin brokering recyclable metals and will also establish mobile retail metal recycling operations in the Pinellas, Manatee, Hillsbourgh and Sarasota counties.

This deal will "allow us to become integrated in a market where we had not been previously, and provide attractive returns on invested capital for our shareholders," said Jeffrey C. In this Phase, we have developed AutoEvolve, LLC, which will establish a state-of-the-art indoors, environmentally benign, semi-automated automobile disassembly facility, capable of processing up to 20 thousand end-of-life automobiles per year, and producing substantial concentrations of reclaimed component materials and parts."

SDH Group�s targeted annual gross revenue goal is $10,000,000 within 48 months of funding. These goals will be achieved by utilizing the knowledge and experience of the SDH Group team members in developing the services, technologies and production of the subsidiary companies presently owned and anticipated to join the SDH Group in the near future.
