March 22, 2006 (Press Release) --
myOnlineListing, an online real estate listing service, has finalized plans to expand its service line by offering customers the option to choose from Flash websites. This addition will complement the company's current templates from which property sellers can select as the theme of their property listings' websites.
Scott Bush, a website designer for myOnlineListing, says that the Flash templates will be priced higher than the company's current templates. He contributes the price difference between the two plans to the difference in time required to design and maintain the current templates and the proposed Flash templates. He also notes that the prices for the Flash templates, while higher than the company's current offerings, will still be competitive.
As touted on the company's website, myOnlineListing differentiates itself from other property listing and website hosting/design service providers through the structure of its service plans. Scott Bush further comments that "all plans are relatively low in comparison to similar services and customers are not required to sign contracts to receive the rates offered."
myOnlineListing provides property sellers with supplemental website services that let them showcase their properties online. Sellers can showcase their properties at their unique website addresses and provide potential buyers with extensive information on their properties. Most of the company's subscribers use this web space to schedule open houses, show pictures of the properties, and provide any other property-related information.

myOnlineListing began as a solution for real estate sellers with short-term web hosting needs. Private sellers and real estate professionals can purchase short-term website hosting and design services for their properties without the long-term commitment or high costs associated with traditional web hosting and design companies, or the restrictions of listing services.
