Ascend Development Leads The Way In Security, Privacy And Design

March 26, 2006 (Press Release) -- Hayward, Calif., March 28th, 2006 - Ascend Development, a California based airport real estate company today announced new security features their nationally recognized custom aviation hangars.

“Working with Ascend Development on Phase I and now Phase II gives us additional presence and market share, especially in the aviation industry,” said Kevin Jelich at HSM. “There is a greater level of privacy and security that needs to be adopted when you are securing up to 60 million dollars in each hangar.”

The security features offered by Ascend at all of their hangars operations include 24/7 online security, access control including biometrics and key pad security access, limited access points protected by high end steel gates, industry leading steel bay doors, intrusion alarm monitoring, and intelligent property safety systems. As with all Ascend hangars, custom security options and features can be added to a customer’s hangar upon their request.

“HSM has provided us [Ascend] and our clients peace of mind through their award winning state-of-the-art security technology,” said Scott Briggs, Partner at Ascend Development. “HSM has provided us with custom security solutions that have been successfully protecting our clients high-end assets.”

Currently Ascend Development is the process of building PARKAVION.HWD-PHASE II, an additional 80,000 square-feet of custom hangar space located on 3.5 acres of land adjacent to PARKAVION.HWD PHASE I. Occupancy is scheduled for 1st Quarter 2007. Ascend is also building custom hangars in Austin, TX, (PARKAVION.AUS), and plans to announce additional new locations soon.
