Commuting is a factor in a majority of people’s lives, whether it’s 10 minutes to the office, or 10 hours overseas. Even with a large percentage of the population facing the challenges that commuting brings, the resources for commuters were limited. Dr. Marie Mastria, the founder of Commuter-Assist.com, saw a need to provide commuters with techniques and teachings to help them make better use of the commute time and to achieve a happier, healthier lifestyle. The focus of Commuter-Assist is not limited to one region or area, but looks at the larger picture, making it universal to all commuters.
