The idea of new service is to rate websites according to their Google PageRank (further PR).
The policy is to accept only high-quality sites in English, preferably ones that provide free
and helpful services/information.
The unique feature of PagerankToplist.com is the fact that links back to participating
sites are direct (static, not using any dynamic scripts) thus passing Google PageRank to them.
Furthermore, since all sites are grouped by categories, PageRank they get is "relevant".
